How to Partner with It's All About Kids

It’s All About Kids (IAK) is proud to be able to partner with any elementary school in Tulsa County!  In an effort to adequately meet the needs of our partnering schools and provide data to the Oklahoma State Department of Health we have developed a process.  IAK requires Tulsa County elementary schools interested in partnering with us to complete an IAK School Readiness Assessment along with having a district Memorandum of Understanding (MOU).  The assessment allows us to gain an understanding of your school's climate and tailor our services accordingly

2023-2024 School Year Partnership Dates
Assessment Dates: May 1st - August 18th
IAK Planning Meetings: May 1st - September 1st

Step 1: Review the WSCC Model Components & Programming, to complete the assessment, please choose 4 in-person topics listed on the WSCC Model Components & Programming sheet. Topics will be scheduled 2 in fall and 2 in spring. Your selection will be the focus for the 2023-2024 school year. As a partnering school, you will receive access to the virtual lessons through monthly emails. We would appreciate your teachers completing the Virtual Program Teacher Evaluation after they complete any of our virtual lessons. If you are interested in having IAK provide a professional development for your school, please review our Professional Development offerings.

Step 2: Review the PDF version of the assessment to ensure all necessary information has been gathered before beginning the online assessment. The information needed to complete the assessment will come from the 2022-2023 school year. If you are unable to answer a question, simply put N/A. We recommend collaborating with the principal, assistant principal, grade level team leads, PE teacher, nurse/health assistant, counselor, and community coordinator/parent liaison to collect the appropriate information and input for the assessment.

Step 3: Once all necessary information has been collected, complete and submit the IAK School Health Readiness Assessment by selecting the black button at the bottom of the page.

Step 4: Our team will reach out to schedule an IAK Planning Meeting

Step 5: Meet with IAK staff to schedule programming for your school!

You are now partnered with IAK for the 2023-2024 school year!

*Any assessment submitted after August 18, 2023 will NOT be accepted
*IAK planing meetings must be complete by September 1, 2023 for IAK to
