Genetics. Diet. Inactivity. Stress. And too much TV. These are just some of the reasons why one out of four Oklahoma kids, and even more adults, are overweight. If nothing changes, roughly half of overweight kids will remain overweight when they become adults.

We can easily change that as parents. It is as simple as playing more with our kids. Fun, physical activity not only reduces weight, but also relieves stress, improves metabolism and overall health. Best of all, it can bring every family closer together.
